Kasha Wollschlager is a wife, mother, and co-founder of Transparent Ministries. She serves alongside her husband, Ron, with a shared passion for caring for vulnerable youth and families.
Before stepping into full-time ministry, Kasha spent many years as a stay-at-home mom raising her children while also working part-time as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA). Foster care eventually became an important part of her family’s life and played a significant role in shaping the calling she now lives out.
Through welcoming children into their home and walking through the journey of fostering and adoption, Kasha developed a deep passion for supporting youth and families navigating the foster care system. Those experiences helped shape the vision that would later become Transparent Ministries.
Today, Kasha and Ron are the proud parents of seven children. Kasha especially enjoys caring for others and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and loved. Her heart for service and compassion for vulnerable youth and families continues to guide the work she does every day through ministry and community outreach.
