We are honored to serve as an implementing partner of CarePortal in St. Louis County and surrounding areas of Minnesota. Every day, caseworkers encounter urgent needs, whether they serve in child welfare, education, law enforcement, or community resource centers.
When a NEed is Identified
When a frontline professional identifies a need, CarePortal makes it possible for the community to respond quickly and effectively.
- A vetted professional submits the request through CarePortal.
- The request goes through an internal review and approval process within their organization.
- Once approved, the need is immediately shared with local churches and community responders.
- Churches, businesses, and individuals can respond in real time—often within hours.
