Ron Wollschlager is a dedicated family man, mentor, and community leader from Meadowlands. In 2008, he and his wife, Kasha, began building a life and family together. Over the years, their home has grown into a lively household of seven children, most recently welcoming their newest son, Alexander, born in October 2025.
For 17 years, Ron worked as a member of the Local 49 Operating Engineers, contributing his skills and strong work ethic to projects throughout the region. During those years he built a reputation for reliability, perseverance, and commitment to supporting his family and community.
After nearly two decades in the trade, Ron felt called to a different kind of work, serving young people who often fall through the cracks. He stepped away from his career in the operating engineers to pursue a ministry focused on youth who have aged out of traditional support systems. His mission is to provide guidance, stability, and hope for young adults navigating life without the safety nets many others take for granted.
Grounded in his faith and shaped by his experience as a father of seven, Ron brings compassion, practical wisdom, and a servant’s heart to the work he now does. Whether at home with his family or mentoring young adults in need, Ron is committed to building stronger futures, one life at a time.
