Heather Bulgrin grew up in Hermantown, Minnesota, and attended college in Duluth. Today, Heather and her husband live in the woods outside of Duluth with the youngest of their two sons, along with their dogs and chickens.
Heather proudly describes herself as a “good Minnesota girl.” She loves winter and struggles through the hot, humid days of summer. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, traveling, and cheering on her son at baseball games.
Heather serves as the Worship and Missions Director at Good Hope Church in Cloquet, where she is passionate about leading people into authentic worship experiences that help them encounter Jesus in a real and meaningful way. She also has a deep heart for missions and is committed to seeing the Gospel reach those who have not yet experienced the hope of Christ.
With a background in education, Heather brings both leadership and a passion for discipleship into the ministries she serves.

Her passion for the local church and her desire to see people encounter Jesus help strengthen the ministry’s mission of walking alongside youth aging out of foster care with faith, compassion, and community support.
